Your account details (username and, where you provide one, email address), the content you upload and create, usage records (generations, credit balance) and payment references. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
To operate the service: generating your videos, storing your library, billing credits and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your data.
Generation runs on GPU cloud infrastructure and AI model providers acting on our instructions; payments are processed by our payment gateway. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your content stays in your library until you delete it or close your account. Usage and billing records are kept as required for accounting.
We use your email address only to operate your account: verifying it when you sign up, resetting your password, and receipts for credit purchases. These come fromno-reply@citralabs.com and are not marketing — there is no newsletter to unsubscribe from. We never share your address with advertisers.
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or deletion of your account. Emailsupport@citralabs.com from the address on your account and we will respond within 21 days.
