You own what you upload and the videos you create. You grant us the licence needed to process, store and deliver your content through the service. You confirm you have the rights to any material you upload, and that your use follows our Acceptable Use policy.
Content is generated by AI and may contain errors or artefacts. It is provided "as is" — please review it before publishing. We do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose.
Credits are prepaid usage fees, consumed as you generate. See our Refunds & Credits policy for details. Failed generations are not charged.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use policy.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
